The quote we give you covers delivery, the agreed rental period, pickup and disposal of the load up to what we discussed on the phone. The only things that can change a price after the fact are going noticeably over the weight or time frame we quoted for, or the load containing prohibited materials, and we'll always talk to you before charging anything extra, not after.

Every size has a reasonable weight allowance built into the flat rate, and very dense material like concrete, dirt or roofing shingles can push a load over that allowance. We'll ask about your material upfront so the quote already accounts for it, rather than surprising you with an overage charge at pickup.

We can give you a general idea based on size and job type, but delivery distance is one of the factors in the final flat rate, so a firm number needs at least a city or zip code. Call us and we'll get you as close to an exact price as possible before you commit.

For a standard delivery, a few days' notice is usually plenty. During busy stretches — storm season, or UGA move-out and move-in in May and August — booking earlier gives you a better shot at the delivery window you want.

Rental periods are flexible and we'll set one that matches your job when you book. If you finish early, call us and we'll often pick up sooner; if you need more time, just let us know before the rental period ends.

Just a clear spot for the container — driveway, curb apron or job site — free of low branches, parked cars or anything else in the way, and a phone number our driver can reach if there's a question on delivery day.

It depends on the scope of the job — a single-room cleanout is very different from a whole-house renovation or a roof tear-off. Tell us what you're working on when you call and we'll recommend a size based on jobs we've hauled for similar projects around the Athens area.

A properly placed container on a sound driveway usually doesn't cause damage, but very hot weather, a weak or older driveway surface, or a very heavy load can raise the risk. If you're concerned, ask us about placement options when you book and we'll talk through it honestly.

It can, but street placement usually means the container is sitting in the public right-of-way, which is exactly the situation that can require a temporary permit from the city or county. We'll help you figure out whether driveway placement is a workable alternative first.
